Now I know what the hipsters were talking about when they said Obama was all about change. Somehow he’s already managed to implement his new health care plan without taking office. Apparently, we will no longer be using ambulances to transport patients to the hospital. Instead, one person from each neighborhood will be given a 1992 Ford Ranger, and they will essentially become part of a government run ambulance company.
