The other Chavez, Hugo Chavez that is, has enter the cell phone business and caused quite a stir. Believe it or not, but he named the phone the “Vergatorio”, which is Venezuelan slang for penis. So essentially it is the same as someone trying to get you to buy “the schlong”, “the dong”, or “the cock” phone here in the U.S.

Priced at just $15, it’s the cheapest penis you’ll ever get. No word yet on it’s battery life, but rumor has it that the preferred ringer for the ladies is “vibrate mode”.
