Kid, you’re sooo wrong. That wasn’t practice, that’s what you’re supposed to do! There’s nothing interesting about someone doing a backflip. People want faceplants, nut shots and carnage. So if you want to practice anything, practice what you do after you smash your head.

I recommend crying, yelling “mommy”, and making sure that your camera man says “dude, dude, duuuuude you alright?”
