And the winner is the person who said they are all watching porn. Those are screen caps from Robbie Cooper’s video project entitled “Immersion: Porn” in which cooper interlaces interviews of people discussing porn with clips of their faces while watching it. Pretty funny stuff right? Well it’s even better when you imagine that they’re watching a chick flick instead of porn, because they all look like they’re about to burst into tears.

This got me thinking about how funny people must look when they’re watching porn. I have no formal research behind this but I think it’s safe to say that everyone falls into one of the following porn face categories…

The Elvis, in which you wink and lose control of your upper lip.

The Gilligan, in which you develop a blank stare driven by fascination and thoughts along the lines of “I can’t believe they’re doing that!”

The Kobe, in which “you’ve never wanted it so bad”. This face is typical among those who are fans of ugly chicks and facials (see court documents here).

The Chong Li, in which you look like you’re going to hurt yourself, finish up your business and then do repeated double fist pumps in the air.

The Drew from Office Space, in which you make the stereotypical O Face.
