Call me crazy, but I think this fish is undercooked. It’s not quiet cooked, but it isn’t sushi either. I mean, it’s technically still alive and if it’s smart it would started to shit all over the dinner table.
I’ve spent plenty of time in China and this is just the tip of the iceberg. I suspect this was just an appetizer for the snake hand picked out of a jar for their main course.
