Given that Don Chavez’s Favorite Things was such a huge success, I’d decided that I’m regularly going to give stuff away to you guys. I’ll try to find things that I know you guys are interested it, but if you want to request something, just shoot me an email and I’ll see if I can make it happen.

These guys are the leader in fake instructional videos, and I’ll tell you something, they do it the right way…with hot chicks. They also just released an Iphone App as well (click here to get it), which is really cool because you won’t sound like a jackass trying to explain Yoga4dudes to people. Instead you can just show them on your Iphone. People will probably buy you drinks at the bar because that’s how cool you’ll be with this Iphone App.
