Barbaro in “poor” condition
2006 Kentucky Derby winner Barbaro is now considered to be in “poor” condition. Yesterday, doctors labeled Barbaro a longshot to recover from a sever case of laminitis in his left hind leg.
However, this morning the doctors said that Barbaro was doing “much better”. That just seems peculiar to me. Yesterday they are ready to quit on this horse, yet today his condition makes a miraculous turn around. Maybe they were just unhappy with Muggybear’s comment?
