In March of 2008 I introduced you to a member of the Indiana University cheerleading squad. I had stumbled upon some photos of her doing what cheerleaders do best (posing nude), and a media shit storm erupted, with Bill O’Reilly leading the charge. Yes that Bill O’Reilly.

One newspaper article quoted her mother as stating the photos were “stolen”, which I always thought of as a cop out. Why? Well, stolen would imply that somebody hacked some sort of account, and that’s not what hackers do. They don’t waste their time with going after nudie pics, they go for the fun stuff like the NASDAQ ticker.

It didn’t take long for this story to come and go, as cheerleader scandals typically do. For most people, the only way they might be reminded of this story is by perusing the coveted Hall of Shame (< === Hey Dildo, it's over there in the sidebar). That is not the case today my readers, as the IU cheerleader has found true love and is getting married.

Let’s go to an excerpt from their wedding site describing how they met in April of 2007 (names have been changed)…

Bill was in Indiana for 2 weeks! They traveled to Louisville, went to Japanese steakhouse, Debbie invited Bill to her dads family Easter, and spent wonderful hours getting to know each other. Together the two came to the conclusion each other were worth the long distance relationship risk. Debbie soon Flew to visit D-Bone 2 weeks after Bill went back to California to visit for 6 weeks in L.A. Bill and Debbie spent time going on dates, spending time at the beach, experiencing the magic castle, and Debbie met Bill amazing family and friends! A year and a couple months later they were engaged and planning this beautiful wedding to be!

So they met at a bar in April of 2007, hung out for a couple weeks, and then started a long distance relationship. In March of 2008, the photos of her nekked surfaced. Umm, I don’t know, maybe she took the photos and emailed them to him? Then the only question is whether or not he showed them to someone else or if she had stored them somewhere online like photobucket where everyone and their mother could see them.

Now on to the most important question. What do I get them for a wedding gift? Usually I’d go with something off the registry, but in this case I was thinking about a video camera.

Our European counterparts do a fine job of recruiting trashy ladies, putting them in tiny outfits, and having them dance provocatively for the masses.

Over 700 woman tried out for the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleading squad over the weekend. The turn out was almost as impressive as the way they narrowed down the field. They opted to have the potential squad members take a brief written exam that probably wipe out 620 of the attendees. Next they naturally eliminated the ugly and fat chicks, which then left them with a crop of ladies who potentially could become part of Jerry Jones’ sideline striptease revue.

All of that aside, this is probably the least inspiring crop of potential NFL cheerleaders I’ve ever laid eyes on. Or maybe the cameraman has a think for beat chicks? I don’t know.

I don’t know much about the CFL other than the fact that they messed up the lines when making the field one day and instead of redoing them, they just changed the field dimensions instead. Oh, and I also know that the cheerleaders in the CFL are actually more interesting than the league itself. Go figure.

I think that last statement was a given, due to last Summer’s Winnipeg Blue Bomber cheer squad scandal. However, I’ll be honest with you, if there’s one squad I’d love to see in the middle of a racy picture scandal, it’s the Toronto Argonaut girls. After the break, you’re invited to see why.

The New England Patriots cheerleaders recently shot their 2010 calendar in sunny Aruba. The trip was full of such fun team building activities as beach volleyball, a limbo competition, and a tug of war.

Personally I’m from the school of thought that body shots and skinny dipping are the best team building activities available to bring a cheerleading team together.

After the break, there are almost 70, yes 7-0, pictures of these hotties. All I can say is I hope Foxborough has a very long Indian Summer.
